Hamburger chain "the 3rd Burger" Takebashi Palaceside store opened on B1 east side of Palaceside Building (former "Palais Alice" site), and crowds packed in especially at lunch =top photo: order and pickup counter

It opened the previous Saturday the 24th—a soft opening on a Saturday, with the full launch on Monday the 25th.
Aiming to be a hamburger restaurant where people who share values like "Smart life" and "Self management" gather:
——We want to make burgers the body truly welcomes
——Buns fermented and baked in-store
——Patties from block meat, minced in-store
——Vegetables carefully selected and cut in-store
That is the concept—truly fresh burgers.
I (late 50s) ordered the namesake "the 3rd Burger" with iced coffee—800 yen (before tax). Juicy patty, crisp fresh komatsuna and tomato with wasabi tartar sauce matched perfectly and tasted wonderful. Generous enough for lunch.
Order flow: choose from 10+ burgers and sets → pay and receive a disc pager → take a seat → when ready the pager vibrates and a red light flashes (efficient!).
Because nothing is simply reheated, it takes a little time—but worth it for good food. You can also order ahead on the smartphone app "O:der" for prepayment and pickup without waiting =see photo below.

Hours: weekdays 8:00–22:30 (last order 22:00, takeout until 22:15); Saturday 8:00–22:00 (last order 21:30, takeout 21:45). Closed Sundays and holidays.
Commitment to ingredients, cooking, and interior design—might it satisfy not just the stomach but the heart too?
