Lost items are handled at the Disaster Prevention Center at the west end of the 1st floor.

Directly connected to Tokyo Metro Tozai Line Takebashi Station. Please head toward Exit 1b on the Kudanshita side. After exiting the ticket gate, to the right of the Exit 1b stairs on your right, you will find the building entrance (stairs and escalator). If you wish to use the elevator, please proceed to the elevator hall from the left side of the Exit 1b stairs. From above ground, please enter the building via the West Entrance, East Entrance, or Hitotsubashi Entrance. For details, please check the Access page.

Self-park parking is available on basement levels 2, 3, and 4 (300 spaces). A fully automated payment system with license-plate recognition is in place. Open 24 hours. Height limit: 2.1 m.

Opening hours vary by tenant (shops, restaurants, and so on). Please check each shop’s detail page or the floor guide. Palaceside Building is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Hourly parking is 200 yen per 15 minutes.

You can pick up and drop off passengers at the West Entrance (Takebashi side).

It is at the east end of the north side on the 1st floor.

There is a FamilyMart on the 1st floor and a 7-Eleven on basement level 1.

TOMO'S is on basement level 1, near the Hitotsubashi Entrance (east end).

It is located in the parking lot on the 3rd basement floor (B3F). It is a quick charger conforming to the CHAdeMO standard. A fee applies, and usage is limited to up to 30 minutes. Compatible with the eMP network.

There is one on each of the east and west sides of basement level 2, for a total of two.

There are three on the 1st floor (inside the post office, inside FamilyMart, and in the MUFG Bank ATM corner).

There is one on basement level 1 (inside 7-Eleven).

There is a smoking room inside the 1st-floor East Entrance, beside the ward road on the northwest side. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
