Assuming "a major earthquake causes fire," at the commander's signal they demonstrated water discharge and extinguisher drills and stretcher transport with full realism. Their brisk voices, gestures, and running steps were sharp! The rooftop cold wind biting through you is the usual pattern—but this year, thin clouds and near calm gave about 65 participants hope for a good year.
