The 135th Chiyoda Work Meeting, where people who continue to work—or are job-seeking—while living with mental illness or disability can talk through their concerns, will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on the 14th in the free space at Chiyoda Ward Disability Consultation Light on the first floor of the Palaceside Building (photo). No reservation is needed; please come directly to the venue on the day.

The organizer is Chiyoda “Sho-okai” Peer, a self-directed group registered with the Chiyoda Ward Social Welfare Council’s Fureai Salon. The meeting has usually been held on the third Saturday; this month it will be on the second Saturday at Chiyoda Ward Disability Consultation Light. Participants must be 18 or older and live, work, or study in Chiyoda Ward. Admission is free, and coming and going during the hours is unrestricted. The organizers say: “Why not talk over tea about worries and conflicts around work and daily life? If you have difficulties of your own and want to encourage one another, we look forward to seeing you.”
