Chiyoda City's community bus Kazaguruma started a new route on the morning of the 8th and began stopping in front of the Palaceside Building's main entrance. This fiscal year, as a trial, a 35-seat electric minibus runs four trips a day, five days a week excluding Mondays and Tuesdays.

Kazaguruma previously had four routes centered on city public and welfare facilities; from the 8th the city added Kanda and Yotsuya routes. Both cost 100 yen. On the Kanda route looping from Chiyoda City Hall through Akihabara, Kanda and Shin-Nihombashi Stations back to City Hall, a "Mainichi Shimbun" stop has been placed beside the taxi stand in front of the Palaceside Building.
