Spring is almost here. It is a season that lifts the spirits, yet many people fall ill as their environment changes with the new fiscal year. "Heart Maintenance to Invite the Comfort of Spring," an event on how to prepare for a more comfortable season, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, at MOFCA, the Chiyoda consultation desk for people with disabilities, on the first floor of the Palaceside Building.

The speaker is Yu Inoue, a clinical psychologist and consultation support specialist. After clinical work at university hospitals and clinics, she now handles corporate mental-health counseling, support for the employment of people with disabilities and various training programs. The session mixes classroom talk with anecdotes and practice, movement and music, so participants can learn while enjoying themselves.

It is open to people who live, work or study in Chiyoda (including family and related persons), with a capacity of 20 on a first-come basis. Admission is free. Inquiries and applications go to MOFCA by telephone 03-6269-9755, FAX 03-6269-9754 or MAIL: mofca@mofmof.co.jp. Apply by one of these methods. The deadline is 7 p.m. on March 15.
