The one-person soundproof booth Telecube, introduced last November on the east side of the Palaceside Building's first basement floor, has proved so popular that another unit has been added beside it. Operations with two booths begin on October 3. In a comfortable space that shuts out noise and protects privacy, work efficiency goes up. Please give them a try.

V-cube, Inc. launched the service in 2017 to address office workers' complaint that they had nowhere to hold web meetings. Demand for telework during the COVID-19 pandemic spurred a rapid increase in installations; as of this July, more than 20,000 units have been installed in Japan, according to the company.

Each booth is equipped with a table, chair and power outlets, making it suitable for drafting documents, handling email, phone calls and web meetings.
