A sale of the popular European tea brand Demmers Teehaus will open at 11 a.m. on the 18th in the popup space on the east side of the first basement. Founder Andrew Demmer established the relatively young brand in Vienna, Austria, in 1981, yet it supplies the five-star Hotel Sacher, famed for the chocolate cake Sachertorte — a mark of quality.
According to the Japanese distributor, the brand now has more than 30 shops worldwide, including Japan, mainly in Europe, and supplies many prestigious hotels, cafes, restaurants and luxury food halls. Its appeal is the rich blends and new flavors created from more than 300 kinds of leaf imported from around the world. Various teas are scheduled for sale on the 18th.
