A made-to-order suit shop run by a long-established sewing factory, Sartoria Sato (Sato Clothing Store), opened a three-day order-and-sales event today on the first-floor free space beside the main entrance. Pattern-order suits start at 55,000 yen; jackets from 38,500 yen. Sartoria Sato first held a sale here in June this year; it has been so well received that this is already the sixth.
The first-floor free space is a popular venue for pop-up stores. A tea tasting sale ran at the end of November. December opens with the suit sale, to be followed by a mobile-phone pop-up and a sale by a well-known confectionery maker. We will continue to bring in events that people who work in the building will enjoy.
