A colorful poster reading “We’re home, Takebashi—welcome back, Marubeni” is up in Palaceside Building shops, with this text:
“Marubeni Corporation had relocated for construction of its new headquarters, but in May 2021 it returned to Takebashi. Together with everyone who works in Takebashi, Marubeni wants to cherish this neighborhood. We’re home, Takebashi. Please look after Marubeni Corporation once again.”
The illustrations are plentiful: Imperial Palace running, Kawazu cherries, the statue of Wake no Kiyomaro, and delicious-looking dishes. Those are Palaceside Building shop menus, aren’t they? That is a happy thing.
