"Chiyoda Ward Simultaneous Cleanup Day" will be held on Wednesday, November 6. The Palaceside Building, including tenant staff, usually has 100–200 people picking up trash around the building =photo above is November 2018.

The cleanup is held every June and November under the ward Living Environment Ordinance so people who live or work in Chiyoda can beautify the streets themselves. The Palaceside Building supports the aim and has taken part from the start.

On the 6th we gather at 8 a.m. in front of the west entrance at the Takebashi crossing. The building will prepare work gloves, tongs and bags, so just bring yourself. Cleanup spots are not rigidly fixed, but the front Uchibori-dori sidewalk, where trash "hides" in the plantings, is still the main one. Quite a lot also lies on the ward road under the expressway at the back. Depending on the participating workplace, some people walk a little farther along the Kanda River.

Time is 30 minutes at most. A shorter stint is no problem at all. Help in whatever range you can — it would be a great help.

We look forward to as many people as possible.
