Chiyoda Ward Mass Cleanup Day was held on June 6. Palaceside Building also took part: 152 people, including employees of tenants in the building, walked the surroundings picking up litter (photo above). Thank you for your work.
The mass cleanup is held every June and November under the ward’s Living Environment Ordinance, so that people who live or work in Chiyoda can keep the streets beautiful. Palaceside Building has joined from the start.
At 8:00 a.m. participants gathered in front of the west entrance at Takebashi Crossing, collected work gloves, litter tongs and bags prepared by the building, fanned out around the site and sweated for about 30

minutes.
Regular large groups included 47 from NTT Business Associate in matching fluorescent yellow windbreakers, 25 from NTT Business Associate Partners in orange, 32 from FamilyMart in black jackets and 20 from MS&AD Systems. Building staff and contracted facilities and cleaning crews worked just as hard.
The litter was collected in front of the east main entrance (photo at right): twenty 45-liter bags (14 burnable, 2 non-burnable, 2 cans, 1 bottles, 1 PET bottles).
Thank you very much to everyone who took part. Please join us again in November.
