That Palaceside Building marked its 50th anniversary this Oct. 1 was reported in this blog on Oct. 3. As a commemorative event, a stamp rally by the Palaceside Building Meitenkai (chair Hiroaki Okada = president of Sakae Co., which runs Tea Room Hana), a group of volunteer restaurants and shops in the building, began on Nov. 1. It runs for one month, through the 30th.
If you spend 500 yen or more on a meal or goods at a member shop, you can have one stamp pressed on the dedicated card per visit =
