New signs (directories) have been installed on basements 3 and 4 of Palaceside Building’s east and west cores (elevator towers).
On the basement floors, B1 of the shopping street and B2 leading to the subway gates see many people every day. B3 and B4, by contrast, are used mainly by building people and those using the garage, and the sense of east, west, south and north can be hard. You park, get out, and mean to go to an office or shop — which way? Some may have been

stuck.
In particular, Hanko’s reception is on west-core B3, so not a few people came to ask, and we troubled them.
So on west-core B3, in mid-April we replaced the old small “what floor is this” board with a directory covering tenants on each floor, like those in the B2–first-floor cores — photos above and at right.
West-core B4 and east-core B3 and B4 got illustrated boards introducing those floors through the first floor (photo below).
If you feel lost on B3 or B4, please look at the directories.
