As previewed in yesterday's blog, ahead of the "Inui-dori Public Opening" for autumn colors in the heart of the Imperial Palace starting Saturday, December 5, Palaceside Building was featured early on the 4th on TV-Asahi's "Good! Morning," including our special Sunday opening on the 6th when large crowds are expected\(^ ^)/

Like last year's spring and autumn (winter) openings, each of which drew more than 300,000 over five days, expectations for the palace opening are high — a segment to build excitement in advance.

The palace segment started at 7:15 a.m.=photo right. Until 7:22, excluding commercials

, about five minutes. After looking back at last year's opening, the show introduced Palaceside Building as "directly connected to Takebashi Station, the nearest to Inui-mon, the walk-through exit"=photo at top. The building segment ran about 1 minute 15 seconds from around 7:19–7:20, covering Sunday openings and an interview with our sales director=three photos at bottom. We interviewed him at length the day before, but what aired was only: "The toughest thing in the morning is toilets. Some come for meals, but most use the toilets." (●´・△・`)

The palace opening runs through Wednesday the 9th, 10:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., one-way from Sakashita-mon along the west side of Hasuike Moat to Inui-mon (exit by 3:30 p.m.). You may branch off to the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace and leave via Kitahanebashi-mon and others.

Fifteen Palaceside Building restaurants and cafes plan to open specially on the 6th. On the 5th we open as on a normal Saturday with 28 outlets. Please stop by on your way back from the palace(*^-^*)
