Suddenly — why do you think?
Yes — Palaceside Building’s annual Christmas tree appeared on the 9th in the B1 central atrium=photo right, already delighting passers-by. Photo above shows ornam

ents. For me, ornaments are the tree’s life — colorful, lively, they add the fun.
This year it is up about a week earlier than last year and two weeks earlier than the year before — we want you to enjoy it as long as possible. Frankly, a longer display doesn’t raise installation costs much anyway.

Something is different from past years. Notice? Until last year there was a box or stand over a meter tall under the tree, but

this year it sits directly on the floor. Height is still about 6 m as before, but that included the stand — so the tree alone is over a meter taller and looks grander. No wonder, as they say.
“Merry Christmas 2015” gold-letter wreaths hang from ceilings at shops on the 1F and B1 corridors; purple-themed “adult” calm decor includes concourse walls, Dream Stairs sides, and east-entrance reception veils

throughout

.
Still, that alone might feel plain, so ornaments sparkle — matte finishes and the like keep the calm tone.
Here are more ornament photos.
About a month and a half left this year — work peaks, then Christmas and New Year. Let’s lift our mood on and off duty.
